Initiate Your Request
Log into your Globe Exhaust account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip provided in your email.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
